In person advice is available at the Floyd Avenue Small Claims Court Clerks’ office on the first four Fridays of the month from 10 am to 2 pm.
If you would like help understanding or completing forms, or if you prefer to speak with the advisor in person, you can drop in on the advisor during the office hours shown above. No appointments are necessary. However, your time with the advisor may be limited if other people are waiting. A private meeting room is not currently available at the Small Claims Court. If privacy is important, we recommend contacting the advisor by telephone or e-mail.
